How to Delete Your Account & Data
To request account and data deletion, please send an email to:

Include the following information in your email:
- Subject: "Account Deletion Request"
- Your registered email address or phone number
- Your account username (if applicable)
- Confirmation statement: "I understand that all my data will be permanently deleted"
- Reason for deletion (optional, helps us improve)
📧 Response Time: We will confirm receipt of your request within 2 business days and complete the deletion process within 30 days.
What Data Will Be Deleted?
When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently removed:
- ✓ Your account credentials (username, email, password)
- ✓ Personal information (name, phone number, location)
- ✓ Bull ownership records and profiles you created
- ✓ Photos and images you uploaded
- ✓ Marketplace listings and transaction history
- ✓ Saved preferences and app settings
- ✓ Communication history with our support team
What Data May Be Retained?
For legal compliance and platform integrity, we may retain certain anonymized data:
- Published race results (anonymized, without personal identification)
- Public bull performance records (if part of official race history)
- Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics
- Data required for legal or regulatory compliance
This retained data cannot be used to identify you personally.
Deletion Timeline
We confirm receipt of your deletion request
We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion
Your data is permanently removed from our systems
We send you final confirmation that deletion is complete
Important Notes Before Deleting
⚠️ Please Read Before Proceeding
- Permanent Action: Account deletion is irreversible. You cannot recover your data after deletion.
- Active Listings: Any active marketplace listings will be removed immediately.
- Lost Access: You will lose access to all saved preferences, favorites, and history.
- Re-registration: If you create a new account later, you'll start fresh with no previous data.
- Outstanding Issues: Resolve any pending marketplace transactions before deleting your account.
Alternative: Deactivate Account
If you're not ready for permanent deletion, consider deactivating your account instead:
- Your data remains stored but your account is inactive
- You can reactivate anytime by logging back in
- Your public profiles and listings will be hidden

Unsubscribe from Communications
If you only want to stop receiving emails or notifications without deleting your account:
- Open any email from us and click "Unsubscribe" at the bottom
- Go to app Settings → Notifications and disable specific types
- Email us at info@naadbailgada.com with "Unsubscribe" in the subject
