  • Auto-generated winner posters for sharing

4. User Content and Conduct

When you submit content (photos, bull information, race results, etc.), you:

  • Grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
  • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content
  • Agree that your content may be publicly displayed on our Platform
  • Acknowledge that you are responsible for the accuracy of submitted information

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Upload content that is offensive, defamatory, or violates any rights
  • Engage in fraudulent transactions in the marketplace
  • Use the Platform for any illegal purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without permission

5. Bulls Marketplace

5.1 Listings

When listing bulls for sale, you must:

  • Provide accurate descriptions and information
  • Set fair and honest prices
  • Have legal ownership or authority to sell
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5.2 Transactions

Naad Bailgada acts as a platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are NOT a party to any transactions. You are solely responsible for:

  • Communicating and negotiating with other users
  • Verifying the authenticity and condition of bulls
  • Completing payment and transfer arrangements
  • Resolving any disputes with other parties
  • Complying with local laws regarding animal sales and ownership

6. Race Results and Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and verified race results:

  • We rely on information submitted by event organizers and users
  • We cannot guarantee 100% accuracy of all data
  • Official results should be confirmed with race organizers
  • We reserve the right to correct or remove inaccurate information

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Our Content

All content on the Platform, including logos, designs, text, and software, is owned by Naad Bailgada or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
